Join us and discover the art of candle making in our new self-contained studio in Alnwick. Hosted by our in house Chandlers this two hour immersive workshop will provide a wealth of knowledge on the ancient art of candle-making, fragrance, candle care and you will take home your beautifully packaged handmade items.
The voucher is for one person to attend one of our workshops. We will be running workshops regularly throughout the year. Workshops can be booked in-store, by phone or email.
The hands on workshop includes:
- Introduction to candle making and different types of candles.
- Overview of the different waxes, wicks, dyes, fragrance and techniques.
- An introduction to fragrance, learning about their top, middle and base notes, fragrance families and how different scents affect your mood, culminating in a fun game.
- Using your own individual melter to melt wax, add dyes (optional), wicks and fragrance to make a 10cl flat dish candle, 4 tea lights and a tray of wax melts.
- While your candles are setting enjoy some refreshments. This is the perfect chance to chat with our chandlers and ask any burning (sorry) questions.
- Finish off your candles with beautiful packaging so you can take home professional looking handmade products.

Candle Making Workshop Voucher
The voucher entitles you to book a space on any of our candle-making workshops for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Workshops will be run regularly throughout the year.
The workshops will be themed with the seasons with additional Halloween and Christmas inspired fragrances.
