About Us

Notes of Northumberland design and produce a range of Luxury Scented Candles, Reed Diffusers and Home Fragrance products, along with our organic cruelty free bath and body range using our collection of Northumberland inspired fragrances. Each of our fragrances have been carefully blended to bring memories of places, people and pastimes of Northumberland to customer homes.

All of our products use natural eco-friendly bases and are all hand poured in Alnwick, Northumberland by our experienced chandlers. Our Wooden wicks gently crackle as they burn adding a true multi-sensory experience to your home. Using only the finest quality oils and natural soy waxes, finished in elegant packaging, our products make the perfect gift or finishing touch for your own home.

LUXURY ADVENT CALENDAR

After the success of our 2022 Luxury Advent Calendar they will be making a return for 2024. We have a very limited number of advent calendars available to make the countdown to Christmas that extra special for our Notes of Northumberland fans.

The Northumbrian is inspired by a traditional Northumbrian gent, hard working, loyal and resilient. Northumbrians are bred tough after working years in roles such as mining, fishing and farming but don't let that tough exterior fool you, underneath all that is a real canny gadgie, and a bit of a worky ticket.

Like a Northumbrian our fragrance is traditional yet deceptive, it is masculine and earthy. Opening with a warm rum this fragrance moves to a heart of shaving soap and vetiver and rests on a base of cedarwood and amber. Reminiscent of returning home after a hard days work, a quick shave then off to the club.
