The contents of the boxes will vary month on month. Each box wiill contain scents from our collection as well as exclusive new and limited edition seasonal fragrances. Our #NoteFan box contains a mix of wax melts, tarts and miniature candles. Our #NoteAddict box will contain either a premium candle or reed diffuser and a mix of wax melts and tarts.

The value of goods in each box will vary month to month but will always offer at least a 15% saving against buying the products independently. Our 6 month and 12 month pay in advance subscriptions offer the best value with a free gift with your first box.

Yes, you will not see the contents of your box until you open it. We do encourage you to share photos of your box on social media using the hashtag #Notebox. Keep checking our social media as we will run regular competitions where sharing your box can win you a free month.

Payment is taken on the last working day of each month and boxes will be posted no later than the 7th of the following month. Subscribers will receive an email when their box is shipped.

Absolutely! There is no commitment with our monthly subscription and you can cancel any time. As long as you cancel before the last working day of the month your payment will not be taken and you will not receive that months box. You can rejoin at any time.

Yes of course! If you would like to purchase a monthly subscription as a gift please just enter the recipients delivery details when you check out. If somebody is going to be very lucky and receive a 6 month or 12 month prepaid subscription please let us know this is a gift when you check out. We will include a card in the first box with the free gift explaining that they will receive a box on a monthly basis going forward. The first box can be shipped to you for you to give as a gift, or we can send directly to the recipient.
