Afternoon Tea with Candle Making

Join us at our candle bar to make your very own candle in your favourite Notes of Northumberland fragrance. Once your candle is poured move over to our cafe and enjoy Afternoon tea whilst your candle sets. Once you have enjoyed your Afternoon Tea collect your candle to take home with you. Candle Making Join us at our candle bar to make your very own candle: - Select your vessel and lid from our range of colours. - Step in to the world of fragrance with our Northumbrian inspired fragrances and choose your favourite from our specially curated selection. - Assemble your wick, mix your wax and fragrance oil and pour your candle into your chosen vessel. - Add your custom Label to your candle and put it to one side to dry then head over to our cafe for afternoon tea. Afternoon Tea Take a seat in our Notes Cafe and enjoy: - Dainty finger sandwiches in a selection of Northumbrian inspired fillings such a Turnbulls Ham & Peas Pudding, Local Crab & Avocado or Doddington Cheese Savoury. - Chefs Sausage Roll made with Turnbulls meat. - Homemade Doddington cheese scone with butter. - Homemade fruit scone with clotted cream and Northumbrian Pantry jam. - Sweet Homemade tart such as our delicious lemon meringue - Two homemade mini cakes. Served with your choice of Bari Tea (Bari Breakfast, Decaff, Bari Afternoon, Earl Grey, Garden Fruit and Herbs or Sencha Green) or Pilgrims Daily Bread Coffee. Once you have finished your afternoon tea head back over to the candle bar to collect your candle. Trim your wick and add your chosen lid to make a unique candle you can be proud of. Please note the candle-making does not include a full candle-making workshop and is just a craft activity.
